Token Pilot does not currently sell personal information for money and does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
This page is provided so visitors have a clear place to understand that practice and submit privacy requests as our website and services develop.
Privacy requests
You may email hello@thetokenpilot.com to ask about the personal information Token Pilot may hold about you or to request access, correction, deletion, or another right available under applicable law. Use the subject line "Privacy Request" and describe the request clearly.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Some information may be retained where needed for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or recordkeeping.
Authorized agents
Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a request for you. We may ask for evidence of authorization and may still contact you directly to verify the request.
No discrimination
Token Pilot will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Future advertising or analytics changes
If Token Pilot later introduces practices that qualify as a sale or sharing under applicable privacy law, this page and the website's preference tools will be updated before those practices are used where required.
